Indoor Tournament Roster Rules

All Players and Coaches agree to these Indoor Tournament rules: (Additions may be made to these rules)
  1. Coach creates teams.  Please allow at least 10 days from submission of on-line form and registrations forms to create required signed roster and player cards.
  2. Coach submits entire roster of team on-line (below).
  3. Coach instructs parent to complete registration form and medical release form for each player and return to coach.
  4. Coach sends registration forms to RCYSL.  Coach retains medical release forms. Coach may fax registration forms to 341-9979.
  5. RCYSL creates roster and player cards.
  6. RCYSL forwards roster to SDSSA for signature.
  7. RCYSL notifies coach location where signed roster and unsigned player cards may be picked up.
  8. Coach has state official (Kelly Hearn, Buker Beaumont, Cassandra Messmers) sign player card, has player sign card, attaches picture to card and laminates card.
  9. Coach is responsible for retaining all rosters, medical forms, and player cards for tournament officials.
  10. All rosters must be completed before January 31, 2010.  No new rosters or additional players can be added after this date. (SDSSA Ruling)
  11. Players and coaches acknowledge that a player may be placed on only 1 roster for the entire Indoor Tournament Season.
  12. Coach to complete this on-line form as soon as possible.
  13. Guest player request shall be in accordance with 1st-SDSSA rules, 2nd-Local Tournament Sponsor rules and 3rd-RCYSL rules.  Guest Player Form must be completed and submitted to RCYSL or SDSSA prior to Tournament Play.
  14. If the player was not registered in the Fall of 2009 or Winter Indoor 2009 seasons, you must include $10.00 per player not previously registered to cover insurance.
  15. Coach must have a copy of the birth certificate for each player with them at each tournament.
